Since 2002, Chantelle Bornn has been in the business of solving problems.
With an extensive background in risk management, auditing and training she has a lot of hands-on experience seeing what doesn’t work and implementing a plan to fix it.
She has worked in both the corporate and small business world as well as the not-for-profit sector.
After completing her Bookkeeping Certification from Red Deer College in 2014, Chantelle opened up Bornn Bookkeeping as a pet project that has flourished into the firm it is today.

She is our daily go-to for any weird questions we may have (as finance can be tricky) and is the Bookkeeping Team Lead. She double checks our sales tax filings and your Balance Sheet to make sure everything looks great.

As our Back End Support Lead, she takes care of the technical stuff for our team and clients when it breaks. She navigates that Canada Revenue Agency phone menu like a pro and can even deal with the hold music.

Rachel | Our Oh My God Help Us Support Subcontractor
Team member since 2020.
She ran away from us as a full time bookkeeper in 2023 but we won’t fully let her go. When things break and we need help, we call her. She is our integration specialist, excel wizard and undeposited funds master.
Doei | Our Long Distance Clutch Player

She may be working for us from a bigger and brighter city but we still got her on our team. She is our our relief player and mentor, always supporting the staff and our clients.
